What is the Hosted Buyers Programme?

Our Hosted Buyers Programme is a tailored VIP campaign designed to unite qualified buyers and suppliers within the design and hospitality market, facilitating business transactions and fostering networking opportunities.

Our bespoke initiative serves as a cost-effective means for decision-makers to connect with a diverse array of global suppliers all in one place, ensuring a tangible return on investment for exhibitors and leaving participants with invaluable connections.

This programme includes:

  • 1 Nights Hotel Accommodation including breakfast
  • A dedicated concierge service to prescheduled appointments with your preferred exhibitors
  • VIP seating across 9 conferences
  • Access to VIP lounge

 

Requirements

  • A Hosted Buyer must be in charge of planning, sourcing, procurement and making purchase decisions for:
    - Hotel Chains
    - Hotel Resorts
    - Restaurants
  • Or, a senior decision-maker who specialized in hospitality technology / technology for:
    - Hospitality
    - Restaurant management
    - HoEeCa and F&B
  • Available to attend two days of the show, travel to the show between 27th – 29th May and join pre-scheduled meetings.
  • Commit to a minimum of 10 scheduled meetings with exhibitors.

How to apply?

  • Register your interest
  • Selection process: Once confirmed as one of our Hosted Buyers, a member of the team will be in contact with you to understand what your sourcing requirements are and who you’re looking to meet at the show
  • Matching process: The team will then match your requirements with the best-fit exhibitor at the show and arrange a time to meet accordingly
  • After the matching process is completed, a meeting will be arranged between the team here and the exhibitor in question
